Our Store Gift Cards are designed for those who like to shop in person or for those looking to send a physical gift card to a loved one. Each Store Gift Card is shipped directly to the recipient and can be giftwrapped with a handwritten note on request. You can select a single Store Gift Card value or combination of values and we will issue a single Gift Card to the total value purchased (to a limit of $999 per individual Gift Card). 

Store Gift Cards can only be used in our physical retail stores and cannot be redeemed online.

Please note: a $3.00 Shipping Fee will apply to Store Gift Cards. If you would prefer not to pay a shipping fee, please consider our Online Gift Cards which are emailed directly to you.

Terms & Conditions:

• Store Gift Cards can only be redeemed in-store or by purchasing over the phone.
• Store Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of our Queenstown store locations.
• Gift Card cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. 
• Gift Cards can not be used to purchase Gift Cards (both in-store and online).
• Gift Cards have no expiry date.
• All vouchers are issued in New Zealand dollars.
