The Emile Henry Cheese Baker has been designed to fit and bake a whole round of cheese such as brie or Camembert, but you can also use other cheeses such as feta, mozzarella, goat cheese, ricotta and so on. Made from high resistance ceramic, this baker will bake your favourite fromage, retain the smells and keep it hot until you serve. 

Simply place the cheese in the baker, add sweet or savoury ingredients such as dried apricots and toasted walnuts, a splash of wine or cider, close the lid and put in the oven. Once baked, serve directly in the baker to impress your guests.
