Ginger is said to relieve indigestion and nausea while lemongrass soothes head and stomach aches. Great in winter to help prevent colds.


Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1-2 tsp per cup or 1-2 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs and infuse for 7-10 minutes.
