Earrings - Kawakawa HoopsLilygriffin
A distinctive heart shape leaf, Kawakawa, from the Maori word Kawa, meaning `bitter', has been used throughout Maori history as a tea for medicinal purposes. Kawakawa leaves are also traditionally worn after the loss of a loved one.
Sterling silver 10mm leaves, handpainted and hanging on sterling silver hoops 14mm in diameter.
Each leaf is individually handpainted, so will differ to each other slightly. No two pair of earrings are identical, so will be originals.
