  • 100g of Genmaicha Japan tea.
  • To brew: Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.
  • Ingredients: Green tea and rice.
