Stationary addicts beware! Moleskines have arrived at KAPA!

With spring just around the corner, Queenstown is looking as gorgeous as ever! The days are getting longer but snow is still covering the tops of the mountains. We have a beautiful selection of prints from local artist, Lisa Nicole, that are bound to get you inspired for more adventures around the stunning South Island.

New Zealand, you beauty!

Lisa Nicole is based in Wanaka, getting her inspiration from the towering peaks and crystal lakes all around her. She started creating her signature vintage pieces as a hobby, which soon grew into the collection it now is. Each print begins as a handrawn sketch that Lisa then builds on and develops in Photoshop. Her finished pieces capture iconic New Zealand landscapes in a style reminiscent to the 1960's travel posters Lisa admires. Her pieces come in A4 and A3 sizes, we currently even have a couple of A2 prints in store too!

The notebook of all notebooks, the journal of all journals and the sketchbook of all sketchbooks... Moleskines are classic, being used through the years by artists, authors and thinkers alike. We have an assortment of ruled, squared or plain paper notebooks; of black or brown covers and of different sizes - you even get the choice of soft or hard covers! Coming to the Kapa online shop this month!

Cuppacoffeecups!

While spring is beginning to make an appearance, the mornings are still crisp and cool. No wonder coffee and tea are what we crave! Cuppa Coffee Cups make reusable takeaway cups which are lightweight and feel similar to disposable ones, but with striking images and designs rather than the standard branding of your local coffee shop. They promote sustainability by being made from a fair-trade polypropylene – a plastic that can be easily recycled at the end of its life and made into new consumer goods.
