Keeping the kids entertained this easter during lockdown!

Easter is coming and is looking a lot different for us this year at KAPA. Normally one of the busiest times of the year at our airport store it's going to feel weird spending it in lockdown due to the Coronavirus!
Unfortunately we are not classed as an "essential service" so we are unable to send out any of your favourite gifts and kids toys at the moment!

But never fear! Here are a few ideas to keep the kids occupied this Easter:

Hide chocolate eggs around the house and garden for an eggcellant Easter Egg Hunt!

head online and print off some easter themed pictures for the kids to spend a couple of hours painting/ colouring in!

Once the pictures are finished you can staple/ glue them toghether to make a great bag for the Easter Egg hunt!

  • Super easy & fun to make! Cornflake nests!

  1. Line a 12-hole fairy cake tin with paper cases.

  2. Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water (do not let the base of the bowl touch the water). Stir the mixture until smooth.

  3. Remove the bowl from the heat and gently stir in the cornflakes until all of the cereal is coated in the chocolate.

  4. Divide the mixture between the paper cases and press 3 chocolate eggs into the centre of each nest. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until completely set.

Happy Easter!
