Use and care instructions:

• To maintain your cutting board, avoid soaking it or using a dishwasher. Instead, rinse it with a wet sponge using hot water and a little mild dishwashing liquid after each use, then towel dry.
• You can use a steel scraper or spatula to remove food before rinsing, but avoid using steel brushes or steel wool on the cutting surface.
