The solution to your dull-feeling knives is the Shun Combination Honing Steel. It gently realigns the edge of your blade, bringing the “sharp” back. This steel rod has two honing surfaces: a smooth one for weekly honing and a micro-ribbed one for monthly honing - depending on your usage. A built-in angle guide makes it easy to hone your knives with ease and precision and the steel-grey handle looks beautiful displayed with rest of your knives.
